Fire Sprinkler Systems

Fires destroy property, cause injuries, and take lives. One of the key strategies to maintaining a safe workplace and preventing fires is fire safety training. Providing you with peace of mind, knowing that your facilities and the people who live, work, and play in them are safe from the destruction of fire. I work hand-in-hand with owners, architects, general contracts, and other trades to ensure that your fire protection is integrated within your facility in a manner that does not interfere with the construction, and other building components.

Sprinklers

Fires can do a lot of damage very fast. Having a well-maintained automatic sprinkler system can help maintain the fire until firefighters arrive. The purpose of a Fire Sprinkler System is to provide an appropriate amount of water to extinguisher fires before they get the opportunity to grow and spread throughout the room.

Inspection and Maintenance

Inspection and maintenance of a fire sprinkler system are very important to proper operation in time of need for activation of a sprinkler system. NFPA 25 requires that all sprinkler systems be inspected every 12 months

Fire Pumps

Are designed to add pressure to the fire sprinkler system based on design criteria for each specific building. Multi-story and high-rise buildings require fire pumps to maintain the correct flow to meet the design calculation to insure the correct amount of water is being disbursed on the fire.

Backflows

Backflows are a check valve device installed on water lines for domestic water systems and fire sprinkler systems to stop the reverse flow of water to stop contamination from interring back into the city water supply system to meet EPA standards.

Special Hazard Systems

FM 200 and CO2 are clean agent special hazard systems designed for computers rooms to extinguish a fire by adding the agent to the space without putting water on the computer equipment to extinguish the fire.
